Пьяный вице-президент Европарламента кричал «Хайль Гитлер!»

Вице-президент Европарламента Яцек Протасевич вечером 26 февраля был задержан в нетрезвом состоянии в аэропорту Франкфурта-на-Майне, сообщает Frankfurter Rundschau.
По данным местной полиции, политик был настолько пьян, что с трудом держался на ногах. При этом он оскорблял сотрудников аэропорта, таможенников и полицейских, называя их «нацистами» и выкрикивая «Хайль Гитлер!». Кроме того, он кричал, что сотрудники аэропорта должны работать в «Освенциме».
Как пишет Gazeta Wyborcza, сам политик заявил, что немцы преувеличивают степень его опьянения, а сами вели себя по-хамски, кричали на него с использованием выражений, которые использовались немецкими охранниками концлагерей (Raus! - Вон!). Он также пожаловался, что его багаж обыскали, несмотря на дипломатическую неприкосновенность.
Протасевич заявил, что уже рассказал об инциденте спикеру Европарламента Мартину Шульцу. Кроме того, он не стал возражать против публикации записей камер наблюдения, установленных в аэропорту. При этом политик признал, что, возможно, повел себя излишне эмоционально.
Яцек Протасевич избрался в Европарламент от польской правящей партии «Гражданская платформа», сообщает Lenta.ru.
