Персонал бюджетных единиц (и национальных учреждений с финансовой автономией) будет получать зарплаты через государственный сервис электронных платежей MPay. Как передает "ИНФОТАГ", парламент в четверг принял поправки к Закону об оплате труда и Закону о единой системе оплаты труда в бюджетной сфере.

По мнению авторов, нововведения позволят снизить нагрузку на государственные учреждения, связанную с распределением платежей, а также уменьшить расходы, связанные с трансфертными операциями.

Распределение заработной платы через систему MPay будет обязательным и будет осуществляться через агентство электронного управления. Закон вступит в силу с 1 января 2024 г.

В настоящее время через MPay распределяются 26 видов социальных пособий (в том числе пенсии), через все 11 коммерческих банков Молдовы, а также через двух небанковских поставщиков, включая государственное предприятие Poşta Moldovei.
