коммунистов и социалистов Диана Караман подает в суд на спикера парламента
Игоря Гросу. Об этом парламентарий заявила на заседании 24 ноября, сообщает
TV8.md.
Караман приняла такое
решение после того, как Игорь Гросу на заседании парламента 6 октября обвинил
ее в нарушении. Депутат БКС рассказала, что направила Гросу предварительный
запрос, но получила ответ от юридической комиссии, что обмен репликами на
заседании парламента представляет собой лишь критику и свободу слова, поэтому
не может служить поводом для обращения к суд.
«Если в контексте
ответа, подписанного комиссией, я сегодня назову г-на Гросу коррумпированным,
когда в министерстве образования он заведовал всем, что связано с экзаменом на бакалавра,
будет ли это рассматриваться как мое мнение?», - спросила Диана Караман.
«Единственное, о чем я
жалею, управляя этим процессом бакалавра, это то, что я был недостаточно
осторожен, и многие из тех, кто списывал, даже оказались в этом зале», -
ответил Игорь Гросу.
