Наценка по электроэнергии – в три раза, для газа - 0,3?

«Главный энергетик Спыну» сказал, что Молдова покупает электроэнергию в Румынии по средней цене 180 долларов за мегаватт.
При утверждении нынешнего тарифа на электроэнергию для «Premier Energy» тариф с 4 ноября был утвержден в три раза выше стоимости приобретаемой электроэнергии.
Таким образом, в ближайшее время НАРЭ утвердит очередной тариф для потребителей - 10,45 лей кВт/час.
В этом контексте подумаем, почему тариф на природный газ утвержден с надбавкой к импортной цене в 30 процентов. Почему надбавка для электроэнергии - в три раза, для газа - 0,3?
