Парламентское большинство не согласилось с предложением оппозиции отложить принятие нового Кодекса о выборах. Как передает "ИНФОТАГ", депутаты от партии PAS проголосовали за включение в повестку дня заседания на четверг обсуждение Кодекса во втором чтении.
Вице-председатель парламента от Партии социалистов Влад Батрынча настаивал на том, чтобы не обсуждать проект Кодекса о выборах, а продолжить обсуждение с другими партиями и гражданским обществом, чтобы попытаться найти консенсус. Он заявил, что "этот законопроект приведет к дискриминации части избирателей", что недопустимо.
Председатель комиссии по юридическим вопросам, назначениям и иммунитету Олеся Стамате подчеркнула, что на платформе комиссии проведено множество консультаций, а также поступили рекомендации от Венецианской комиссии и ОБСЕ, которые будут учтены при обсуждении во втором чтении.
Также парламентское большинство отклонило предложение Влада Батрынча исключить из повестки дня парламента рассмотрение вопроса о продлении режима чрезвычайного положения.
