Прокурор Мирандолина Сушицкая подала заявление о приостановлении в
должности, сообщает ТГ-канал «Мамалыга и Токана».
Гособвинитель руководила группой уголовного преследования по делу о
«Ландромате», главным фигурантом которого является Вячеслав Платон.
В прошли году и.о. Генпрокурора Думитру Робу исключил её из этой группы,
переведя в другое подразделение Генпрокуратуры. В провластной прессе Сушицкой
приписывали работу на Платона. Однако этот факт не был доказан.
В августе этого года Сушицкая обвинила Думитру Робу, что он оказывает на
неё давление. Но Высший совет прокуроров отказался начать дисциплинарную
процедуру на основании этой жалобы.
В сентябре Национальный орган по неподкупности завершил проверку
декларации о доходах и личных интересах Сушицкой. Нарушений не выявили.
