Правительство Молдовы поручило отслеживать  вырубку лесов через спутники, чтобы пресечь незаконные вырубки в преддверии холодного сезона.

По словам премьера Натальи Гаврилицы, хоть «мы хотим озеленить страну» и увеличить площадь лесных насаждений, но в настоящее время «надо ускорить запланированную вырубку, не отходя от нашей цели восстановления лесов», цитирует ТГ-канал Romania_ru.

Также премьер заявила об участившихся случаях нападения на лесников. По ее словам, есть уже несколько случаев, и виновные «не должны остаться безнаказанными». То есть будут сажать отчаявшихся людей, которые отправились с топором в леса, так как запастись дровами по существующим ценам им не по карману?

Кроме того, Гаврилица сообщила, что Румыния передает Молдове 130 тысяч кубометров древесины. Но по какой цене – сказать постеснялась.
