Сборная Молдовы по футболу одержала победу в Риге над Латвией со счетом 2:1 в предпоследнем матче Лиги Наций сезона 2022-2023, - передает IPN.
Команда, которую тренирует Серджиу Клещенко, забила два гола в первом тайме благодаря Иоану-Кэлину Ревенко и Иону Николаеску, оба в результате удара по мячу головой. Даже без Олега Ребчука (травмированного) и Вадима Рацэ (дисквалифицированного) Молдова была лишена и одного пенальти со счетом 0:1 после явного фола на Никиту Моцпана прямо на глазах у президента УЕФА Александра Чеферина, который находился на трибунах арены „Сконто”. После перерыва латыши забили почетный гол благодаря Янису Икауниексу.
Тренер Серджиу Клещенко использовал следующих игроков: Челядник, Армаш, Посмак, Ионица (с), Моцпан (Кочук, 84), Николаеску (Постолаки, 73), Дамашкан (Кожокару, 90+4), Каймаков, Крачун, С. Платика (Жардан, 84), Ревенко.
Сборная Молдовы имеет 10 очков и может форсировать выход в Лигу С Лиги Наций в воскресенье против Лихтенштейна, если Латвия, у которой 12 очков, проиграет на выезде Андорре.
