Бывший депутат Игорь Мунтяну прокомментировал ситуацию энергетического кризиса в интервью порталу Трибуна.

«Во-первых, закупки электроэнергии должны были начаться уже в летние месяцы из диверсифицированных источников, - сказал он. - И большую их часть следовало искать за пределами зоны конфликта, в Румынии, не на Украине и не в МолдГРЭС».

Во-вторых, сказал Мунтяну, текущие закупки энергии крайне рискованны: «Между тем госпредприятие «Энергоком» в последнее время активно занимается торговлей газом и электроэнергией. Поспешность, с которой оно проводило первые сделки, в том числе с украинскими компаниями, привела к потере денег. Согласно достоверным источникам, только в сентябре «Энергоком» потерял на продаже газа 2 миллиона евро, отдав предпочтение украинским компаниям ЭРУ и Нафтогаз, которым продал 110 000 МВт газа по цене 180 Е/МВт, хотя румынские биржи покупали газ по цене 200 Е/МВт. Вероятно, есть причины, по которым «Энергоком» зациклен на своих клиентах в Украине и боится фондовых рынков Румынии? Но он делает это за наш счет и на деньги, которыми распоряжается по своему усмотрению. Сложно понять то, что он ничему не научился из прошлых уроков».

В-третьих, стратегия полагаться на транзакции, проходящие через территорию государства, находящегося в состоянии войны, крайне неразумна. «Если эта стратегия сработает, это будет удача, а не мудрость», - добавил Игорь Мунтяну, заключив, что, по сути, наша безопасность сегодня – дело случая. «У нас есть трубопровод с Румынией, который мы сознательно игнорируем, и газовая биржа, которую мы не используем», - резюмировал он.
