На складах - 427 тысяч доз вакцин против COVID-19. Срок годности большинства из них истекает в конце года
Более 427,8 тыс. доз вакцины против COVID-19 в настоящее время находятся
на складах в Республике Молдова. Больше всего вакцин Pfizer/Comirnary - 363,9
тыс. доз, из которых срок годности 308,9 тыс. доз истекает в конце года.
В ответе для IPN за подписью директора Национального агентства
общественного здоровья (НАОЗ) Николая Желамского уточняется, что в наличии
совершенно нет вакцин Astra Zeneca, Moderna/SpikeVax, Спутник-V и
Janssen/Johnson&Johnson. Срок годности 54,9 тыс. доз Pfizer/Comirnary
истекает 31 мая следующего года. 47,1 тыс. доз вакцины Sinopharm действительны
до конца марта 2023 г., а 16,6 тыс. доз CоronаVac/Sinovac имеют срок действия
до 7 апреля 2024 г.
Власти подчеркивают, что доступ граждан к вакцинам против COVID-19 в
Республике Молдова неограничен. Запасов вакцин достаточно, чтобы количество
доз, вводимых как ежедневно, так и еженедельно, было намного выше, чем сейчас.
Каждое учреждение первичной медико-санитарной помощи в любом населенном пункте
может оказать услуги по вакцинации против COVID-19. Услуги по иммунизации
против COVID-19 предоставляют 1158 учреждений, 46 из которых находятся в
Кишиневе.
В соответствии с действующими нормативными актами первая бустерная доза
вакцины допускается только с вакциной на основе матричной РНК (Pfizer/Comirnaty
или Moderna) или введение однотипной вакцины в дозе 3, которой была начата
полная схема вакцинации. Вторая бустерная доза позволена только с вакциной на
основе матричной РНК (на данный момент Pfizer/Comirnaty).
Центры вакцинации иногда предлагают вакцины с указанным на этикетке
флакона просроченным сроком годности, но продленным по приказу Министерства
здравоохранения. На вопрос, не препятствует ли это каким-то образом процессу
вакцинации, НАОЗ сообщает, что все вакцины распределяются и используются по
принципу истекающего первым. Срок годности вакцин продлен в соответствии с
рекомендациями производителя и Всемирной организации здравоохранения.
„Применение вакцины пролонгированного срока действия вызвало у населения
некоторую неуверенность, поэтому важно, чтобы медицинский работник правильно
разъяснил и предъявил подтверждающие документы о сериях, которые были пролонгированы,
поскольку вакцины пролонгированного действия тоже эффективны и безопасны”, -
показано в ответе для IPN.
В настоящее время национальный охват одной дозой вакцины составляет 32,18%, полной схемой - 31,32%, ревакцинацией - 9,84%.
С 16 марта этого года Свидетельство о вакцинации против COVID-19 больше не
является обязательным. Министерство здравоохранения организовало кампанию по
интенсификации процесса вакцинации, целью которой было свести к минимуму
смертность, тяжелые заболевания и риск предотвратимых заболеваний путем
усиления процесса вакцинации. Кампания проходила на 10 административных
территориях. Количество еженедельных доз, введенных на каждые 10 тысяч
населения, было в 1,6 раза выше в районах, где проводилась кампания, - сказано
также в ответе НАОЗ.
С начала прививочной кампании и до 25 сентября текущего года истек срок
годности 161,4 тысячи доз вакцины против COVID-19.
