Врачи Бельцкой клинической больницы провели операцию по
удалению опухоли яичника весом около 25 килограммов. Речь идет о 54-летней
пациентке из Бричанского района. У нее была гигантская опухоль, которая
деформировала грудную клетку и сместила печень, передает IPN.
Врач онкогинеколог Людмила Балан сказала, что пациентка
обратилась за консультацией самостоятельно. После обследования была обнаружена
гигантская муцинозная опухоль яичника. „Это было рискованное вмешательство, мы
не были уверены, что опухоль будет полностью удалена. Также была очень большая
анестезиологическая опасность. Но благодаря скоординированной работе врачей и
команде реаниматологов-анестезиологов, мы смогли спасти пациентку.
Вмешательство длилось около трех часов. Выздоровление прошло очень хорошо, без
осложнений”, - сообщила врач.
Гинеколог Петру Недельчук подчеркнул, что за 35-летний
медицинский опыт он не встречал таких больших опухолей и, как правило, такие
редкие случаи перенаправлялись в Кишинев. „На этот раз мы рискнули действовать
на месте, и, благодаря профессионализму команды, сегодня мы обсуждаем этот
случай”, - сказал доктор.
Пациентка получила специализированное послеоперационное
лечение и готовится к выписке.
